Blocks
- The pick block feature is now fully functional across all variations of LightBlock, from lightblock0 to lightblock15 (MCPE-135298).
- New definitions have been added to blocks.json, including “oakplanks,” “spruceplanks,” “birchplanks,” “jungleplanks,” “acaciaplanks,” and “darkoak_planks” (MCPE-177977).
- Additional definitions for double slabs, such as “mossystonebrickdoubleslab” and “smoothquartzdouble_slab,” have also been included.
- The shelf comparator signal now operates from the back of the Shelf in all orientations (MCPE-225226).
- In Creative Mode, interacting with an unpowered Shelf will replace the Shelf item with the player’s selected item instead of swapping them.
- Items on the Shelf have been repositioned for a more realistic appearance.
Copper Decorations
- Introduction of the Copper Torch, a green variant crafted from a Copper Nugget, Coal, and Stick, functionally identical to the standard Torch.
- New Copper Bars have been added, which function like existing Iron Bars and oxidize over time.
- The Copper Chain, now replacing the Iron Chain, is made from copper and also undergoes oxidation.
- A new Copper Lantern has been introduced, crafted similarly to a regular Lantern but utilizing Copper and a Copper Torch, with an aging effect that alters its appearance.
Copper Chests
- Resolved an issue where Copper Chests emitted default sounds during player interactions such as walking, jumping, and landing (MCPE-223737).
Copper Golem Statue
- Fixed an issue where the statue’s pose would not always update in multiplayer and split-screen modes.
- The statue now behaves like other non-full cube decorative blocks when pushed by a piston.
- Resolved the issue of the statue being unable to be waterlogged (MCPE-225241).
Lightning Rods
- Corrected the functionality so that all Lightning Rods now emit a Redstone signal when struck by lightning, not just the unoxidized ones.
- All Lightning Rods will now flash white upon being hit by lightning, aligning with the Java version.
Mobs
- Fixed the visual appearance of Wolf Armor, which now displays correctly when equipped rather than only after taking damage (MCPE-225471).
- Foxes have been updated to recognize Honey Bottles as food items, prioritizing them alongside other food sources.
Copper Golem
- The Copper Golem will now only count blocks towards its maximum search if a path to them is feasible (MCPE-223837).
- When leashed, the Copper Golem will no longer attempt to transport items.
- Fixed issues related to leashing Copper Golems to other entities and their positioning in boats.
- Resolved a cloning issue when the Copper Golem transforms into a statue (MCPE-225251).
- Adjusted the collision box to allow the Copper Golem to navigate through doors like other mobs.
- Fixed an audio issue where the step4 sound file was not played correctly (MCPE-223857).
General
- Improved blending around frozen river chunks for a more seamless visual experience (MCPE-189996).
User Interface
- The /hud command now effectively hides all touch controls when activated (MCPE-184856).
- Action bar messages have been enhanced with a text shadow for better readability (MCPE-186346).
- Updates to the /hud command now also hide horse, camel, and locator bars (MCPE-184858).
Accessibility
- Text-to-Speech support has been integrated into all dressing room pages, enhancing accessibility for players.
