All Android games will land on PC
Google has announced its biggest update ever for Google Play Games for PC, allowing all Android games to be played on computers. This news comes ahead of the Game Developers Conference next week, where more exciting announcements are expected.
Previously, developers had to opt in to have their games playable on PC, resulting in a limited selection of games. However, Google has now removed this requirement, making millions of games available to play on PC with a mouse and keyboard.
To ensure a smooth gaming experience, Google has introduced a badge system to indicate how optimized a game is for PC. Games will be labeled as “Optimized” if they are perfectly optimized, “Playable” if they are still playable but not fully optimized, and “Untested” for games that require specific search to find.

In addition to making all Android games available on PC, Google is expanding its platform in other ways. The full catalog of games will now be accessible on computers with AMD processors, increasing the selection of games available.
Furthermore, Google plans to expand its native PC program to include more developers, potentially making Play Games for PC a major competitor in the gaming market. The platform is set to exit beta later this year, opening up to a larger audience and solidifying its position in the gaming industry.
