Windows 11 KB5077181 & KB5075941 cumulative updates released

Microsoft has rolled out cumulative updates KB5077181 and KB5075941 for Windows 11, targeting versions 25H2, 24H2, and 23H2. These updates are essential, as they incorporate the February 2026 Patch Tuesday security patches, addressing vulnerabilities identified in previous months.

To install the latest updates, users can navigate to Start > Settings > Windows Update and click on ‘Check for Updates’. Alternatively, the updates can be manually downloaded from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

This marks the third ‘Patch Tuesday’ release for version 25H2. However, as it is based on version 24H2, users can expect consistent fixes across both versions of Windows 11.

What’s new in the February 2026 Patch Tuesday update

Upon installing the security updates, the build number for Windows 11 25H2 (KB5077181) will shift to Build 26200.7840, while 24H2 will change to 26100.7840, and 23H2 (KB5073455) will update to 226×1.6050. This update primarily focuses on bug fixes, with several noteworthy enhancements:

Specific brands like HONOR, OPPO, Samsung, vivo, and Xiaomi are supported for seamless transitions between devices.

As of now, Microsoft has not reported any new issues associated with this month’s Patch Tuesday updates.
