The Pokémon Company International has announced the release of Pokémon Champions for mobile devices, in addition to the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 consoles. This exciting development allows players to engage in fast-paced, competitive Pokémon battles on the go.
Special In-Game Campaign Featuring Raichu
Starting today until Wednesday, 2 September 2026, players can participate in a special in-game campaign featuring Raichu. By checking their in-game mailbox, players can receive Raichu along with Raichunite X and Raichunite Y stones. These stones enable players to Mega Evolve Raichu into Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y.
Inclusive Gameplay for All Players
Pokémon Champions is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all players, with free downloads, cross-play compatibility across mobile and Nintendo Switch systems, and gameplay that caters to both new players and competitive veterans.
