Microsoft’s Timely Updates Address Security and Functionality Issues

The KB5129194 patch for Windows 11 version 26H1 is particularly noteworthy, as it addresses a critical elevation-of-privilege vulnerability associated with the Windows User-Mode Power Service (UMPS), identified as CVE-2026-62721.
