Abxylute Launches New Handheld Game Console
After two years since the release of the original Abxylute One, the company is back with a new and improved model – the Abxylute One Pro. The new handheld game console boasts a much faster chip and several upgrades compared to its predecessor.
The Abxylute One Pro is designed to handle local games, in addition to game streaming, thanks to its upgraded processor. It also features an improved joystick, speaker, and support for video output, which was missing in the original model.
Abxylute has launched a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for the new model, with Super Early Bird reward levels starting at 9. The new handheld sports a 7-inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS LCD display, positioned between a set of controllers.
Some of the key upgrades in the Abxylute One Pro include improved speakers for better audio clarity, a faster processor, and it will ship with Android 13. The analog sticks have also been upgraded to capacitive digital joysticks, offering a height of 10mm.
The new model is powered by a MediaTek Genio 510 chip with 2 ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores and four Cortex-A55 cores, along with Mali-G57 MC2 graphics. It also supports 4K video output and features a semi-transparent case.
Despite some features remaining unchanged, such as 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 5,200 mAh battery, the Abxylute One Pro is a significant step up from its predecessor. The crowdfunding campaign offers the new handheld at a discounted price, with Early Bird and eventual retail prices set at 9 and 9, respectively.
Customers who purchased the original Abxylute One will continue to have the opportunity to upgrade to the One Pro for 9 during the campaign. Overall, the Abxylute One Pro offers a compelling upgrade for gaming enthusiasts looking for a portable gaming experience.
