This innovative underwater cooperative real-time strategy game invites up to four players to embark on a mission to restore the oceans, set to launch in Early Access on PC via Steam in January 2026.

NAMAKORIUM immerses players in a chaotic yet cooperative multiplayer experience where they take command of the “sea cleaners”—the Namakos, or sea cucumbers, left behind by humanity. The primary objective? To clean up the polluted oceans and reclaim their former beauty. Success hinges on strategic planning, teamwork, and the unique capabilities of these trusty sea cucumbers, promising a frantic and engaging ocean cleanup operation.
Organizing the Namako Operation
Players will need to effectively manage their Namakos to gather resources, construct buildings, and clear paths—all while racing against the clock. The challenge intensifies as they must purify the pollution before their food supply runs out. Will your strategic prowess withstand the pressures of the deep sea?
Unique Namakos with Special Traits
Each Namako boasts distinct abilities that can be leveraged for success:
- Shell Namako: Gathers limestone.
- Iron Namako: Excels at mining.
- Flame Namako: Thrives in extreme heat.
- Ice Namako: Endures frigid temperatures.
Players will need to assign roles based on these traits to conquer each stage collaboratively.
Restoring the Ocean’s Beauty
As players engage in decontamination efforts, they will witness the ocean transform—corals blooming, sunlight piercing through, and vibrant colors returning. Over 40 types of “Scenic Creatures” will begin to populate the waters, providing an additional layer of engagement as players strive to collect them all while healing the seas.
Beware the “Blight Namako”!
However, the journey is fraught with challenges. Corrupted Namako, known as “Blight Namako,” may appear unexpectedly, threatening to rot food supplies and plunge the ocean back into darkness. Players must unite to repel these threats using the formidable Namako Fusion Cannon.
