In a twist of fate, an alien spacecraft crash-landing beneath a bustling city has presented an unexpected opportunity for the DIG Raiders. While many viewed the incident as a calamity, the Raiders recognized the potential for profit. Faced with overwhelming debt, their mission is clear: dig deep to uncover hidden treasures and unimaginable wealth. Armed with pickaxes and a few thermite charges, players are invited to embark on this adventurous journey.
Gameplay Features
Players will engage in a series of outrageous comedic tasks while hunting for alien gems across nine vibrant levels. These include intriguing locations such as a high-security bank vault, the enigmatic Backrooms, and a cutting-edge space station. To enhance gameplay, participants can don one of seven whimsical animal costumes, each providing unique advantages in areas like movement speed, health, and damage.
In PvE mode, players must repair a damaged alien monolith to stave off bankruptcy, while the chaotic 4v4 multiplayer mode allows for intense loot extraction. Armed with peculiar biotech weaponry, players will face off against aliens masquerading as crocodile men, mummies, and even robots that shoot razor blades. Utilizing proximity voice chat, teams can strategize in secrecy and revel in the victory dance of aliens when their opponents fail to meet objectives.
Wealth extracted from these adventures can be reinvested in a fallen marketplace, transforming it into a thriving business hub. Players will need to balance their newfound riches with astute management skills to tackle seemingly insurmountable bills. The ultimate goal is to survive both physically and financially, emerging as true DIG Raiders alongside a trusted crew.
