Red Dead Redemption Coming to Netflix, iOS, Android, PS5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2 on December 2

Mobile and Netflix Release

Red Dead Redemption is making a grand return, this time landing on modern consoles, mobile devices, and even Netflix. The release on December 2 includes both the original game and Undead Nightmare, offering players a chance to dive back into the Wild West world.

For the first time, players can enjoy Red Dead Redemption on the go with iOS and Android versions that come equipped with touch-friendly controls. Additionally, Netflix subscribers can access the game as part of their membership, adding more value to their streaming experience.

Upgrades for Modern Consoles

Players on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S can expect smoother gameplay at 60 fps, enhanced image quality, HDR support, and resolutions up to 4K. The game has also been optimized for the upcoming Switch 2, utilizing features like DLSS, HDR, and mouse support to enhance the gaming experience.

Existing owners of the PS4 version, the original Switch edition, or the digital backward-compatible Xbox One release will receive free digital upgrades. Save files from the PS4 version can be transferred to the PS5, while Switch players can seamlessly continue their progress on the Switch 2.

Developed in collaboration with Double Eleven and Cast Iron Games, these updated versions of Red Dead Redemption will be available in the GTA+ Games Library and the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog starting December 2.
