The Pokémon Company has introduced Pokémon Champions, a battle-focused game available for both Android and iOS devices. The game features a turn-based battle system and is centered around strategic Pokémon battles, incorporating familiar mechanics such as Pokémon types, abilities, and moves.

Players can enjoy various modes in Pokémon Champions, including Ranked Battles, Casual Battles, and Private Battles, catering to both new and experienced players. Additionally, the game supports cross-play, enabling mobile players to compete against those on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

As part of the mobile launch festivities, players have the opportunity to claim special in-game gifts by logging in. These gifts include exclusive Pokémon like Raichu, Raichunite X, Raichunite Y, Mega Raichu X, and Mega Raichu Y. Players can redeem these gifts through the in-game mailbox from June 17, 2026, to September 2, 2026.
