Locator Bar
The Player Locator Bar is a fresh addition to the user interface, designed to indicate the direction of other players within the game world directly on your HUD. When activated, this feature replaces the EXP Bar, although your Player Level remains visible above it.
As you navigate the terrain, colored indicators will appear when your camera is oriented within 120 degrees of another player. Additionally, an up or down arrow will signal if the player is positioned 30 degrees above or below your view.
However, certain conditions will prevent players from appearing on the Locator Bar:
- Crouching will hide the Player
- Players in Spectator Mode are not visible
- A Mob Head or a Carved Pumpkin will also hide the Player
- Using a Potion of Invisibility

- Sapling “age_bit” no longer regresses after an unsuccessful growth attempt, preventing nearby Observers from activating incorrectly.
