Publisher Shueisha Games, in collaboration with the acclaimed developer poncle, has unveiled an exciting new venture: Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton. This multiplayer survival game is set to immerse players in the captivating universe of Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen. Scheduled for release in 2026, it will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
Game Overview
In Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton, players will step into the shoes of various characters from the beloved series, engaging in fierce competition against a multitude of Cursed Spirits and fellow players. The objective is clear: survive, exorcise, and emerge as the last one standing. The game supports up to eight players online, while also featuring a single-player mode for those who prefer a solitary challenge.
Earn Points and Overwhelm Your Rivals! As players battle through waves of cursed spirits, they will accumulate points, intensifying the competition. The game’s mechanics allow for automatic attacks, enabling players to focus on strategic movement and timely strikes. Upon reaching 100 points, players can activate a “Rule Addition,” disrupting opponents and gaining a competitive edge. The climax of each match culminates in a thrilling one-versus-one duel between the top two players, where only one can claim victory.
Diverse Character Roster
A Roster of Over 20 Characters from Jujutsu Kaisen! Players can choose from more than 20 characters, each boasting unique skills and playstyles. Unlocking new fighters requires meeting specific conditions, encouraging experimentation with different strengths to find the perfect fit for individual strategies. Additionally, powerful bosses may appear mid-battle, escalating the chaos as Jujutsu Sorcerers, Curse Users, and Cursed Spirits clash.
Overwhelm Your Rivals with Unique Special Moves Players can fill their special move gauge through combat, unleashing devastating techniques at pivotal moments. Iconic moves from Jujutsu Kaisen, such as Domain Expansion and Black Flash, can shift the momentum of a match dramatically. These special moves not only impact the immediate area but can also target nearby rivals, adding an extra layer of strategy as players wait for the opportune moment to strike.
Every Choice is Yours. Skills That Change with Every Run. As players defeat cursed spirits, they will collect experience points, allowing for real-time leveling throughout the match. Each level presents new skill options, enabling players to adapt their builds dynamically—strengthening existing abilities, acquiring new ones, and discovering powerful synergies that could lead to triumph.
