Digital Extremes Launches Warframe on Google Play Store for Android
Digital Extremes has announced the global availability of Warframe on the Google Play Store for Android. In this free sci-fi epic, players take on the role of the ancient warrior caste, the Tenno, as they navigate through a vast and ever-expanding universe.
Android players can now team up with gamers from around the world, thanks to Cross Platform Play and Cross Platform Save features that connect iOS, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Nintendo Switch, and soon, Nintendo Switch 2 players. Warframe, known for its fast-paced gameplay, engaging single-player Cinematic Quests, and extensive customization options, has garnered a massive following over the past decade with more than 85 million registered players.
New and veteran players on Android can now immerse themselves in Warframe’s rich universe, including the recent The Old Peace update, by joining the millions of players across various platforms for endless adventures through the Origin System with Cross Platform Save and Cross Platform Play.

Android players who download and log into Warframe by March 4 will receive the Cumulus Collection, featuring exclusive weapon and armor cosmetics, as well as resource boosters. Warframe is compatible with Android devices running 64-bit Android on an ARM64 processor, Android OS 12.0 or higher, and a minimum RAM of 4GB.
