Microsoft has unveiled the eagerly awaited Xbox Game Pass lineup for May 2026, showcasing a roster brimming with notable titles. As highlighted in a recent announcement on Xbox Wire, the month is set to be headlined by Playground Games’ much-anticipated Forza Horizon 6, making its debut on May 19. This Microsoft exclusive will be available on Game Pass from day one for both Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers.
In addition to Forza Horizon 6, several other significant games are set to enrich the Game Pass experience this month. Among them is Mixtape, the latest offering from the creators of The Artful Escape, which will also launch on day one. Players can look forward to diving into Subnautica 2 on May 14, a title that, despite its troubled development, continues to generate excitement among fans.
The day-one releases extend further with Square Glade Games’ charming open-world exploration game, Outbound, arriving on May 11, followed closely by Out of the Blue Games’ Lovecraftian narrative puzzle adventure, Call of the Elder Gods, on May 12. This sequel to the critically acclaimed Call of the Sea is sure to capture the attention of gamers.
