Packed with an array of console games, including beloved arcade classics, Gaming Parties 2U has emerged as a beacon of entertainment for both children and adults alike. This family-owned gaming van business, rooted in Lowestoft, is dedicated to delivering “the ultimate doorstep gaming experience,” extending its reach across most of Suffolk and Norfolk.
Innovative Gaming Experiences
Inside the bespoke truck, owned by Thomas Pearson, guests are treated to an impressive lineup of four gaming consoles. The van is equipped with the latest technology, featuring an Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5, all connected to vibrant 43” LED Ultra HD TVs. This custom-built gaming van accommodates up to 12 players simultaneously, making it an ideal choice for parties, weddings, and corporate events.
Whether players are diving into FIFA, Fortnite, or FC26, or enjoying classics like GoldenEye on the N64, Mortal Kombat, and House of the Dead, the themed gaming events have quickly become a favorite among attendees.
In an exciting new development, Gaming Parties 2U is launching a partnership with the Spring Tide pub and restaurant located on Kirkley Rise in Lowestoft. This collaboration promises to elevate the gaming experience by combining “great food and epic games.” Mr. Pearson expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Thanks to Spring Tide, who have kindly offered to be our exclusive venue host, we can now park up and run gaming parties at their venue, and they’ll also be providing food for the events.”
The combination of a fully equipped gaming van and a reserved table inside the Spring Tide for delicious meals creates a unique offering for party-goers. Mr. Pearson noted, “For a start-up business, which is less than a year old, this partnership is a massive boost for us.” The commitment to community engagement is also evident, as the company supported the Top Cats charity with discounted weekly gaming sessions over the summer.
Looking ahead, a free gaming event is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, on the town’s High Street. Funded by Lowestoft Town Council, this event is part of the Halloween Triangle Market and will run from 10:30 am to 3 pm.
