Hello Windows Insiders, today marks the release of Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.5770 (KB5064089) to the Beta Channel for users on Windows 11, version 24H2. This update introduces a variety of new features, improvements, and fixes, which are documented in two distinct categories: those that are gradually rolled out to Insiders who opt to receive the latest updates via Settings > Windows Update, and those that are available to all users in the Beta Channel. For further details, please refer to the Reminders section at the end of this article.
New Copilot+ PC experiences
New Microsoft 365 text action in Click to Do
We are excited to announce the rollout of a new text action in Click to Do, designed to enhance productivity. The Convert to table with Excel feature allows users to seamlessly work with tables encountered in daily tasks. Whether it’s a table shared during a Teams meeting or a school calendar captured in a photo, Click to Do now enables you to highlight any simple table and instantly send it to Excel, share it, or copy it—all without the need to retype any information.
To utilize this feature, simply press Win + Click on a table within any application, or use Win + Q or a right swipe to select it. After selection, you’ll see the available actions, including Convert to table with Excel. Click, capture, and continue your workflow.
This feature is currently in early preview, and while table detection may not always function perfectly, we anticipate improvements in future updates to the Dev and Beta Channels. Initially, tables in Click to Do are rolling out to Windows Insiders on Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs, with support for AMD and Intel-powered devices to follow. A Microsoft 365 subscription and the latest Microsoft Excel application are required to access the Convert to table with Excel feature. Please note that this rollout does not yet extend to Windows Insiders in the EEA (European Economic Area).
View Microsoft 365 Profile Cards:
In another exciting enhancement, users can now access Microsoft 365 profile cards directly within Click to Do. This integration allows you to view contact information and past collaborations without needing to navigate away from your current task. To utilize this feature, simply press Win + Click on an email, and if it belongs to your organization, the profile card will be displayed.
As with the previous feature, you must be signed in with a work or school account (Entra ID) and hold a Microsoft 365 subscription. This feature is also not yet available to Windows Insiders in the EEA.
For further guidance on using Click to Do, please refer to the provided resources.

New features gradually being rolled out to the Beta Channel with toggle on*
Get on-screen Braille and text output with Braille viewer
We are pleased to introduce a new feature in Narrator called Braille viewer, which presents an on-screen textual and Braille representation of the output displayed on a refreshable Braille display. This tool is particularly beneficial for sighted educators, assistive technology trainers, developers, and testers who may not read Braille or have limited access to a Braille display.
Teachers of students with visual impairments can leverage the Braille viewer to enhance their students’ Braille skills, following along as the student reads from their connected Braille display. To access the Braille viewer, initiate Narrator using Win + Ctrl + Enter and press the Narrator key + Alt + B. A floating window will appear, updating its contents as you continue to use Narrator. The number of Braille cells displayed will correspond to the size of your refreshable Braille display.
NOTE: Ensure that Narrator is configured to provide Braille output. To download and install the Braille package, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Narrator > Use a Braille display with Narrator.
FEEDBACK: Please file feedback in Feedback Hub (WIN + F) under Accessibility > Narrator.

[Other]
Fixes gradually being rolled out to the Beta Channel with toggle on*
[Taskbar & System Tray]
- Resolved an issue where clicking the date and time on a secondary monitor would open the flyout on the primary monitor.
- Fixed a problem where minimizing an app and switching between desktops could result in a duplicate preview thumbnail in the taskbar.
[Windowing]
- Addressed an issue causing explorer.exe to crash when using ALT + Tab for some Insiders in the previous flight.
[Display]
- Corrected a setting issue where enabling HDR under Settings > System > Display would inadvertently turn off after activation, preventing re-enabling.
[Audio]
- Fixed an issue that could lead to audio malfunctioning shortly after casting to a TV.
[Other]
- Resolved an issue affecting drivers for certain smart cards that were not functioning in recent flights (showing error 31).
- Corrected a typo in the diskusage help list (diskusage /?).
- Fixed an issue where entering a PIN for casting from Quick Settings would not confirm upon pressing Enter.

Known issues
[File Explorer]
- Some users may notice the Shared section in File Explorer Home appearing even when there is no content to display.
[Settings]
- We are currently investigating reports of Settings > System > Storage > Temporary files becoming unresponsive during file scanning.
[Audio]
- [NEW] A number of Windows Insiders in the Dev and Beta Channels are experiencing audio issues, with Device Manager indicating one or more devices with a yellow exclamation mark, including “ACPI Audio Compositor.” If affected, follow these steps to restore functionality:
- Right-click on the device with the yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager and select “Update driver.”
- Choose “Browse my computer for drivers” and then “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.”
- Select the most recent driver from the list and click “Next.” If presented with a list of common hardware types instead of specific drivers, this device is not related to the issue.
- The device should be repaired and the yellow exclamation mark should disappear. If it persists, it may not be related to this issue.
- Repeat these steps for each affected device.
[Xbox Controllers]
- Some Insiders are encountering issues with their Xbox Controller via Bluetooth, leading to system bugchecks. To resolve this, open Device Manager, select “View,” and then “Devices by Driver.” Locate the driver named “oemXXX.inf (XboxGameControllerDriver.inf)” and uninstall it.
