Modern Features and Editions

In a nod to contemporary gaming preferences, the collection will incorporate modern emulation features, including rewind and quick save options. Additionally, players can enjoy a music player and a museum showcasing artwork from the series, enhancing the overall experience.

Pre-orders for this nostalgic journey will commence on January 30 and remain open until March 1 on the Limited Run Games website. The standard boxed edition will be available for .99, while a .99 Classic Edition will feature packaging reminiscent of a VHS tape, complete with a steelcase. For the most ardent fans, a 9.00 Collector’s Edition will offer everything found in the Classic Edition, plus a poster, a mini cartridge replica collection, five trading cards, a CD soundtrack, an acrylic standee diorama, and six ‘crazy caps’ akin to Pogs.

Although Ren & Stimpy have not graced their own console game since the mid-1990s, the characters have made notable appearances in recent crossover titles, including Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3 and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, keeping their legacy alive in the gaming community.
