Per-app auto-update control

However, the Play Store takes a cautious approach; instead of launching the app immediately, a notification with a countdown timer is displayed.
This notification provides options to cancel or open the app right away, allowing users to intervene if they are engaged in another task. Viewing changelogs without opening app pages

- Open the Manage tab.
